The RONA Vintage Spring Reverb is a free plugin that recreates the sound of classic two-spring reverb tanks found in vintage guitar amplifiers and studio hardware.
I took a quick look at the plugin and its collection of controls for shaping the spring reverb sound. You can adjust decay, tension, drip, damping, stereo width, and pre-delay to get everything from classic surf guitar tones to lo-fi textures and vintage-style effects on drums and vocals.
One interesting feature is the Kick button, which simulates physically knocking or kicking the virtual spring tanks. It adds another way to create unusual spring reverb effects.
The plugin also includes 56 factory presets and supports VST3, Audio Units (AU), and AAX formats.

I tested the code on November 4, 2026, and confirmed that it was working. I don’t know how long the offer will remain available, so it’s worth checking while the promotion is active.
