The Ammoon PockRock Guitar Multi-effects Processor Effect Pedal 15 Effect Types 40 Drum Rhythms Tuning Function with Power Adapter is a bang for the buck inexpensive portable and headphone amp with effects and drum loops to play along with.
I made two videos below to show what the PockRock can do. The first video is an overview, sound demos and my thoughts on this mini amp. The second video is a sound demo of all 16 presets.
Ammoon PockRock First Look Review
All Presets in Ammoon PockRock Mini Guitar Amp & Effects
Product Description
- 5 effect modules including 15 effect types, providing you with a sound library.
- 40 meticulous designed drum rhythms, and equipped with tuning function.
- Total 32 patches: 16 preset patches and 16 user patches for you to create your own sound library.
- With 1/8″ Aux in & headphone stereo jacks, and 1/4″ input & output mono jacks.
- Dual power supply: DC 9V adapter(included) or 2 * AAA batteries (not included). With a metal buckle on the backside to hang it at the waist for convenient usage.
Overall this is a good mini amp for practices, travel and jamming around with. Getting a drum beat with the tempo you want is a bit difficult as changing the beat changes the tempo. The tempo indicator doesn’t make much sense.

Cheap controls. Flimsy. Lacks volume.
The controls aren’t too bad.
this little bastard actually kicks ass, especially for the musician who is either just starting or getting back in the habit on the cheap, like I am.
I bought this a few months ago and it’s great. reviews do it little justice.
I have thought about taking out the potentiometers and replacing them with foot switches, which would bring it into a stomp sty;e processor, with a few addons after switches.
